NEWS
 
Kitty Usher MP visits Burnley Basketball Club.
On Saturday 6th September, Kitty Usher MP for Burnley (see left) visited Burnley Under 14 training Session. The MP for Burnley provided encouragement and support for the hard work of coaches and players and wished the club luck for the forthcoming season. 
 
 
AGM
The club agm took place at Ightenmount Bowling Club at 9:15 on Wednesday 10th September. Officers were re elected and accounts presented. The highlight of the night were the coaches report who each reported successful seasons
 
Friendly
 
Burnley under 16's and guests played a friendly against Burnley under 18's at Turf Moor on Monday 8th September. In a handicap match (2 points for every under 16 basket and 1 for the under 18's) saw a close match. A strong start by the under 16's was matched by a strong second half performance from the under 18's. Despite the comeback the under 16's held on for a famous 46 points to 38 victory.
